Welcome to TailoredJunk. These Terms of Service govern your use of our
website and any purchase you make from us. By accessing or using our
website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
our website.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
1.1 Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to
access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes, including
browsing and placing orders.
1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or 16 with the consent
of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
1.3 Prohibited activities. You agree not to use our website unlawfully or
abusively. This includes hacking, scraping, spamming, transmitting malicious
code, or attempting to access restricted areas.
1.4 Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your
login details secure and for activity carried out under your account.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
2.1 Accuracy. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices
and availability are accurate, but we do not warrant that all product
information is complete or current. Colours may vary depending on your
screen.
2.2 Sizing. Measurements shown in our size guides are approximate and may
vary slightly between garments.
2.3 Availability. Availability may change without notice, and we may limit
the quantity available for purchase.
2.4 Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may
cancel your order and issue a full refund, even after payment has been
taken. We will contact you before doing so.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
3.1 Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is
formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an
order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, we cannot
authorise payment, or we suspect fraud.
3.2 Payment. You agree to pay the total due, including applicable taxes and
shipping. Payment must be made using a payment method we accept. Prices are
shown in GBP.
3.3 Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside Gibraltar may attract import
duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These are collected by your
local authority, are your responsibility, and are not included in the price
you pay us.

4. CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
4.1 Your content. If you upload artwork, images, text or other material for
a custom product, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have
permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's
intellectual property or other rights.
4.2 Licence to us. You grant us a licence to reproduce and use that material
solely to produce and deliver your order.
4.3 Our discretion. We may refuse or cancel any custom order containing
material that is infringing, unlawful, offensive, hateful, or otherwise
unsuitable, and will refund you in full where we do.
4.4 Indemnity. You agree to reimburse us for any losses, claims or costs we
incur as a result of material you supply infringing a third party's rights.
4.5 Returns. Custom and personalised items are made to your specification
and are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Return and Refund Policy.

5. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
5.1 Delivery. We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will deliver within 30
days of the contract being formed unless we agree otherwise with you. We are
not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside
our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
5.2 Risk and title. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title
passes once we have received payment in full.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Ownership. All content on our website — including the TailoredJunk name
and logo, designs, product imagery, photography, video, text and layout — is
owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Use restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit
any content from our website without our prior written consent.
6.3 Customer content. If you tag us or submit photos or videos featuring our
products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that
content on our website and social channels, with credit where practical. You
can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing info@tailoredjunk.com.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Disclaimer. Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7.2 Limitation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website. Our
total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you
paid for that order.
7.3 What we do not exclude. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud
or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully
be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in
respect of faulty or misdescribed goods, are not affected.

8. PRIVACY
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, without regard to
conflict of law principles, and the courts of Gibraltar have jurisdiction.
9.2 If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive
you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where
you live, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

info@tailoredjunk.com — we will always try to resolve it directly.

10. GENERAL
10.1 Changes. We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted,
but the terms in force at the time you placed an order will govern that
order.
10.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains
in force.
10.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
10.4 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may
transfer ours to a successor business.
10.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by
events outside our reasonable control.
10.6 Third parties. No one other than you and us has rights under these
terms.
